Overview
Envescom Investment Fund SPC is an umbrella fund regulated by the Cayman Investment Monetary Authority (“CIMA”). The SPC structure gives us a flexibility to register multiple funds as a segregated portfolio under one master fund. Each segregated portfolio is legally ring fenced and has no recourse to each other or the master fund.
